1. Email our dental office at info@frontierdental.org. Explain your situation and why you want a second opinion.
2. Fill out and submit your paperwork, x-rays, and treatment plan to our dental office.
3. Submit the $200 consulting fee along with your paperwork. This fee covers one hour.
4. Once we receive your information, we’ll review it, consult with each other, and provide your expert second opinion. That’s it!

If you need more time after the first hour, there is an additional $200 fee.
